Sylvain Thieullent leads the strategic direction of the company, ensuring clients trade their way with Horizon’s sophisticated electronic trading solutions. Sylvain has extensive experience at Horizon Software through his previous roles as APAC Director and EMEA Head of Electronic Trading.

Guillaume Poitevin

Guillaume has extensive experience in Capital Markets and Investment Management as he previously held senior sales positions at global financial software vendors. Guillaume oversees all aspects of business development at Horizon Software including setting its strategic sales direction and developing Horizon’s market penetration.

Benoit Deckmyn

Benoit, after a previous experience in the Telecom industry, spent seven years working for the equity derivatives department of Société Générale CIB, where he was in charge of market data, middleware and electronic trading latency optimization projects. He joined Horizon working on extending Horizon’s exchange and broker coverage and increased the quality of connectivity solutions.

Helene Riou

Hélène joined Horizon in 2019 in the new role of HR Director, to support the growth dynamic of the group. Graduated in HR, she has over 15 years of experience as HR Manager in France and Hong Kong, working with international groups in industries facing digital transformation, including printing, publishing, textile and IT.

Emmanuel Faure

Emmanuel served in various Management positions for 20 years in the financial industry in Asia such as Fimat, a global brokerage organization and part of Société General group in Japan and Hong Kong, Newedge, HSBC Futures, Jefferies HK, and Ned Davis Research  also working several years as Independent Director at Malaysia.

François-Xavier Detourniere

Francois-Xavier joined Horizon in 2002 as a trainee Software Engineer. After 16 years working in software development on Horizon solutions, and progressing to became one of the company’s CTOs, he now takes on a new challenge and will lead the team of Horizon Product Owners. He has been based in Asia since 2010 and currently oversees Horizon operations in ASEAN from Bangkok after five years performing this role out of the Horizon Hong-Kong office.

Fabrice Astrologi

Fabrice joined Horizon Software early 2022. He brings a 25+ years of experience in Client Services management. He has been working for various Fintech companies such as FIS and ITIVITI. He combines his passion for complex projects alongside with customer service mindset.

Olivier MASDEBRIEU

Olivier joined Horizon as CTO in June 2022 after more than 20 years in financial technology including Morgan Stanley where he held several senior positions across the globe. His main role is to set the Technology strategy through innovation to reach Horizon’s goals and to satisfy its clients’ needs.

Bertrand CORVAISIER

Bertrand joined Horizon in September 2022 as Group CFO. He has over 15 years of experience in Finance and was previously Deputy CFO of Flowbird, a private equity backed company active in the field of urban mobility. Bertrand started his career in investment banking at Citi and then in the M&A department of EDF, where he executed numerous cross-border M&A, financing, and capital market operations. Bertrand graduated from Centrale Lille and HEC.
